A walk through assessment, to be followed later by a written report including advice on colour schemes and accessories to be mailed or e-mailed to you. This room by room report will also include de-cluttering advice, home staging tips and a pre-viewing checklist. |
| RENTAL REFRESH | Update tired interiors to get the best rental returns in a competitive marketplace. Charged at an hourly rate. |
| PHOTO STAGING | To make the best impression, we stage 3 rooms in your home prior to estate agents photographs. |
